Ingredients

  • 60 ml reposado tequila (Espolon)
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 2 slices fresh red chilli
  • 150 ml pink grapefruit soda
  • Tajin for the rim

Instructions

Method

  • Rim a highball with tajin.
  • In the glass, lightly muddle 1 chilli slice with lime juice.
  • Fill with ice, add tequila, top with grapefruit soda. Stir once.
  • Float remaining chilli slice on top.
