- 60 ml white rum
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 30 ml cold espresso
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 10 leaves fresh mint
- 60 ml soda water
Method
Muddle mint with lime juice and syrup in a shaker.
Add rum, espresso and ice. Shake briefly.
Strain into a highball filled with ice. Top with soda. Garnish with mint.
