Cuban Breakfast Mojito

Ingredients

  • 60 ml white rum
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice
  • 30 ml cold espresso
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 10 leaves fresh mint
  • 60 ml soda water

Instructions

Method

  • Muddle mint with lime juice and syrup in a shaker.
  • Add rum, espresso and ice. Shake briefly.
  • Strain into a highball filled with ice. Top with soda. Garnish with mint.
