Ingredients

  • 45 ml gin Four Pillars Rare Dry, Tanqueray or Bombay Sapphire
  • 120 ml cold Indian tonic water Fever-Tree or Capi
  • 1 lime wedge or lemon wheel
  • big ice, crushed or cubed

Instructions

  • Fill a balloon copa glass or large highball to the top with big ice. The more ice, the slower the melt.
  • Pour the gin over the ice.
  • Tilt the glass and pour the tonic down the side so you don't kill the carbonation.
  • Add the garnish. Stir once, gently. Serve.

Notes

Cold tonic. Warm tonic is a fizzy crime. Keep spare bottles in the fridge.
