blanco tequila

fresh lime juice
pinch of flaky salt

pink grapefruit soda
or 60 ml fresh grapefruit juice + 30 ml soda

grapefruit or lime wedge, to garnish
flaky salt, for the rim (optional)
Instructions
Optional: salt the rim of a highball glass. Fill with ice.
Add tequila, lime juice and a pinch of flaky salt. Stir briefly.
Top with grapefruit soda. Stir once, gently.
Garnish with grapefruit or lime. Serve.
Notes
For the best version, use fresh ruby grapefruit juice and good soda water rather than a bottled grapefruit soda.
