Method
Build the Boulevardier in a rocks glass: stir rye, Campari and vermouth over ice.
Ignite 1 tsp wood chips in a smoking gun or cloche setup.
Invert a tumbler over the smoke; cap the drink for 30 seconds.
Uncover, garnish with orange peel.
