The Moscow Mule

- 60 ml vodka Ketel One or 42 Below
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 120-150 ml spicy ginger beer Capi, Fever-Tree, Bundaberg Traditional
- ice, plenty
- lime wedge and mint sprig, to garnish
Pack a copper mug or tall glass with ice.
Pour vodka over the ice, then squeeze in the lime juice. Drop the lime wedge in.
Top with cold ginger beer, stopping just short of the rim.
Stir gently once with a bar spoon. Do not over-stir or you will flatten the bubbles.
Slap a mint sprig between your palms and tuck into the ice. Serve immediately.
