- 60 ml white rum
- 120 ml fresh pineapple juice
- 45 ml cream of coconut
- 2 slices fresh jalapeño
- Tajin for the rim (optional)
Method
Optionally rim a hurricane glass with tajin.
Blend rum, juice, coconut and 1 jalapeño slice with crushed ice until smooth.
Pour into the glass. Float remaining jalapeño slice on top.
