Ingredients

  • 60 ml white rum
  • 25 ml fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 15 ml Appleton Estate Signature rum (to float)

Instructions

Method

  • Shake white rum, lime and syrup with ice.
  • Strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube.
  • Slowly pour dark rum over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.
