- 60 ml white rum
- 25 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml Appleton Estate Signature rum (to float)
Method
Shake white rum, lime and syrup with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube.
Slowly pour dark rum over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.
