  • 30 ml vodka
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml simple syrup
  • 90 ml chilled champagne or sparkling wine

Method

  • Shake vodka, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
  • Strain into a chilled flute.
  • Top with champagne. Garnish with a long lemon twist.
