  • 60 ml Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
  • 200 ml Fever-Tree Indian tonic
  • 1 slice pink grapefruit
  • 1 sprig fresh basil or mint

Method

  • Fill a balloon glass with ice.
  • Add gin, top with tonic.
  • Slide in grapefruit slice and basil/mint. Stir once.
