Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
  • 200 ml Fever-Tree Indian tonic
  • 1 slice pink grapefruit
  • 1 sprig fresh basil or mint

  1. Fill a balloon glass with ice.
  2. Add gin, top with tonic.
  3. Slide in grapefruit slice and basil/mint. Stir once.
