Pink Paloma

Why you are pouring this tonight

Fresh watermelon juice or muddled raspberries push the Paloma into summer-party territory: pinker, slightly sweeter, very easy to drink too much of. Works with rose’s favourite food: grilled everything.

What changes from the Paloma

Grapefruit soda halved, replaced with fresh watermelon juice or muddled raspberries.

What to pour it alongside

Grilled prawns, feta-watermelon salad, lamb chops off the barbecue.
