Italian summer in a balloon glass. Limoncello instead of Aperol, more prosecco, plenty of mint. Sweeter than the Aperol Spritz, but somehow still drinkable in a long way on a hot day.

What changes from the Aperol Spritz

Aperol out. Limoncello in. Fresh mint and a lemon slice replace the orange.

What to pour it alongside

Grilled seafood, light salads, a whole lemon tart.

  • 60 ml limoncello
  • 90 ml prosecco
  • 30 ml soda water
  • 1 lemon wheel
  • 1 sprig fresh mint

  1. Fill a large balloon glass with ice.
  2. Pour limoncello, prosecco, soda.
  3. Slap the mint sprig to release oils; drop in. Add lemon wheel.
