The Rose Hugo

Why you are pouring this tonight

Replace prosecco with a chilled dry rose. The drink stays bubbly-adjacent while picking up a red-berry lift. Perfect for long summer lunches where a Hugo might feel too sweet.

What changes from the Hugo Spritz

Prosecco out, sparkling rose (or still rose + soda) in.

What to pour it alongside

Grilled salmon, strawberry-goat-cheese salads, watermelon and feta.
