The Hugo Zero (Non-alcoholic)

Why you are pouring this tonight

Elderflower cordial and a non-alcoholic sparkling (Freixenet 0.0 or similar) make a Hugo Zero that tastes almost identical to the real thing. Finally a decent mocktail for the designated driver.

What changes from the Hugo Spritz

St-Germain becomes non-alcoholic elderflower cordial. Prosecco becomes non-alcoholic sparkling. Everything else stays.

What to pour it alongside

Same as the Hugo: light antipasti, salads, soft cheeses.
