Ingredients
  

  • 75 ml gin or vodka
  • 15 ml dry vermouth
  • 15 ml olive brine
  • 3 green olives (Castelvetrano) on a pick

  1. Stir gin/vodka, vermouth and brine with ice for 30 seconds.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Garnish with 3 olives on a pick.
